Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
All returns must be received within 10 days from the original purchase date.
We only accept returns for ring size exchange of the same item, if not in stock, a different ring style may be chosen of the same value. If you are not completely satisfied with your ring purchase, you have two options after returning the original item: 1. Exchange: Select any other ring style in our current inventory of the same value. or 2. Receive a refund to your original payment method. All sales of Necklaces, Bracelets and Earrings are FINAL SALE.
We cannot exchange rings for a different product.
One-Time Size Exchange Policy: We understand fit is important. For a one-time courtesy, we allow an exchange for the same exact ring in a different size, provided the ring is available and in new/unused condition or a different style of ring of the same value. Once this exchange is completed, the new ring is considered a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged again.
Shipping Fees (Non-Refundable): Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend insuring your package and using a service that provides tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
You must ship the return in a box or a padded mailer. Do not use paper mailer.
Refunds will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
Live Love Sparkle Jewelry does not provide return shipping labels.
